“ The Cape is a real gem in Beaconsfield. The food is fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavour, the Best English breakfast I've ever hand. Staff are friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is always buzzing. Perfect for brunch, lunch, or just a great coffee. Highly recommend! ”
“ A mixture of Britian and South African. As a South African traveling around the UK, it was kind of ironic that I stumbled into this small little restaurant. It did not disappoint. The staff were very friendly and the food was amazing or should I say lekker. I had a cup of English breakfast tea and the vegan club sandwich. The artwork in the front of the restaurant is absolutely stunning and is a definite reminder of home. The restaurant was very busy. They have an all day breakfast every Saturday and Sunday. I recommend booking in advance. ”
“ Great food. I had the 5 breakfast with the addition of roesti potato which was fab. Gets busy so booking is recommended. ”
“ The Cape never fails to impress! Their club sandwich is hands-down the best I've ever had. Fresh ingredients, perfectly toasted bread, and a flavor combination that's just right. If you're a fan of a good club sandwich, look no further than The Cape. Highly recommend! ”
“ Lovely decor/interior which makes a cozy atmosphere. Such high quality foods and very appetizing. Have been several times and would definitely return in the future. Can get very busy - so I would recommend booking a table in advance (if on busy days - like the weekends) ”
“ Superb place for brunch. It looks small from the outside but is surprisingly large and spacious when you go through to the back of the restaurant. The menu is perfect for brunch with a great choice of South African dishes. We had a delicious Royale which was served on home made Cape Seed loaf. The coffee was excellent. It was good value for money. We booked a table via their website. It starts to get busy by 10 am so this is advisable ”
“ As expats, this was a recommendation, and all I can say is.... WOW! This was quite possibly the best breakfast I've ever had! The service, the staff and cafe/restaurant was bang on. Staff knew the menu well, so recommendations was easy (and nostalgic). A must if you're in the area, and if opportunity presents itself, we'll definitely be back! ”
